A Defence of Procrastination

I just handed in crap for my philosophy paper.

And now I truly understand why I procrastinate.

It's a survival mechanism!!

If I didn't procrastinate and finished my philo paper early, I would continue to obsess over it until I hand it in.

Repeat that a few times and I'll probably be as sane as a walnut.

So yah! I procrastinate for survival!

Yesterday night with my philo paper due and a Maths midterm test today, I was happily watching a bunch of Youtube videos....

and I discovered Connie Talbot!

I was singing to myself, endorphins high and flying...

going to bed, happy and satisfied... (must be Connie's magic working itself)

only to wake up feeling like having choked on a gigantic dustball.

bleahhhhhh.

time to prepare for Maths midterm test in 3 hours...

Was super down today.

Had a tiff with you-know-who...

went to buy instant noodles...

came home wanting to cook them...

only to realize the noodle biscuit was in pieces :(

i find it difficult to say this but......you, whoever reading this cheered me up today.

I hadn't checked my traffic since jesus christ came to earth but I was.............shocked when I saw there's still 70+ 80+ of you coming every day even though I've stopped promoting my blog and haven't written so much as a hangnail these days...

Regardless....

*wipes off a tear*

My Barefooted Knight

I made the crazy mistake today to wear my jeweled flats without plastering myself up properly first (well, I was in a hurry).

Soon later, my feet had guests. 4 blossoming red mushrooms were growing out of my heels and little toe.

I came home today wearing a pair over-sized slippers, arms slung around DC who was carrying my shoes, and barefooted.
